13 Local TV studios have broadcasted the 5th Episode from my "CORONAVIRUS SURVIVAL GUIDE" - YOGA.

This is once a week regular appearance. I am presenting the viewers throughout the UK with down to earth, practical advice on how to survive in difficult times with help from LGBTv/STUDIO 209. 

Yoga didn't just slide into my life. I was difficult about the concept all together. Don't ask me why...

Probably, it wasn't right at that time. I became "wise" and realised that I can't bent easily to tight my laces and find it difficult to do my own pedicure .. 

I was always very flexible but after hitting 50 that wasn't a case any more.

I listened to my daughter and tried it once, then again and again and a year later, I am still doing it every day.

The difference it made to my body and life style is amazing! if you haven't tried it yet, give it a go and see for yourself. It doesn't come easily but believe me, it makes a huge difference!
