On this page you can pay a deposit to reserve your appointment or purchase a Gift Voucher.

• The deposit for a consultation is £35 and is not refundable. You will lose your deposit if you are late for your appointment for more than 15 min, do not attend the booked consultation, cancel your appointment giving us less than 48hrs notice,  or don't book a date for the consultation within 30 days.

The deposit will be taken off total cost if you go ahead with a treatment. We can always take this payment over the phone on 0161 969 4190 if it is more suitable and convenient for you.

• If you paid a deposit for a treatment (£50 -£150), it is non-refundable but will be deducted from the treatment cost. You will lose it if you are late for your appointment for more than 15 min, do not attend the appointment, cancel the treatment or do not book a date for the treatment/consultation within 30 days from the payment date. You can change the appointment giving us no less than 48hrs notice. We require 72 hrs notice for changing either Face or Body package.  The deposit will vary depending on the treatment.

Please bare in mind that our December appointments cannot be rescheduled due to high demand and limited availability.

If you have already discussed your appointment date with us;

in oder to secure the booking please pay the deposit within 1 hours. Otherwise, the agreed time slot will be released. When paying the deposit online please indicate the type of treatment and your appointment date and time when prompted by the form. The booking process is complete when one of our staff personally confirms your payment by email or phone call.

If you have not discussed your appointment date with us;

We cannot guarantee the random date you have chosen yourself but will do our best to match it.

You will receive an automatic confirmation of your appointment within 24 hours or we will contact you in person.

COVID-19

IMPORTANT:

Cancel your appointment if you have Covid or feel unwell, please. Unfortunately, we will not see/treat you if you have any symptoms. We will rebook you in at least 2 weeks but not more than 4 weeks from the deposit payment date. Unfortunately, you will not get the money back.

As a medical facility we still following strict COVID-19 rules but from 1st of April you don't need to wear a mask. However, if you'd like to wear one or you would like us to wear a mask, please let us know.
