On this page you can pay a deposit to reserve your appointment or purchase a Gift Voucher.

  • The deposit for a consultation is £25 and is fully refundable if you attend your booked consultation on time. You will lose your deposit if you are late for your appointment for more than 15 min, do not attend the booked consultation, cancel your appointment giving us less than 48hrs notice,  or don't book a date for the consultation within 30 days.

The deposit will be refunded to the original payment method. All our initial consultations are free of charge. We can always take this payment over the phone on 0161 969 4190 if it is more suitable and convenient for you.

  • If you paid a deposit for a treatment (£50 -£150), it is non-refundable but will be deducted from the treatment cost. You will lose it if you are late for your appointment for more than 15 min, do not attend the appointment, cancel the treatment or don't book a date for the treatment/consultation within 30 days. You can change the appointment giving us no less than 48hrs notice. We require 72 hrs notice for changing either Face or Body package.  The deposit will vary depending on the treatment.

Please bare in mind that our December appointments cannot be rescheduled due to high demand and limited availability.

If you have already discussed your appointment date with us;

in oder to secure the booking please pay the deposit within 1 hours. Otherwise, the agreed time slot will be released. When paying the deposit online please indicate the type of treatment and your appointment date and time when prompted by the form. The booking process is complete when one of our staff personally confirms your payment by email or phone call.

If you have not discussed your appointment date with us;

We cannot guarantee the random date you have chosen yourself but will do our best to match it.

You will receive an automatic confirmation of your appointment within 24 hours or we will contact you in person.





Q & A

Q: Will I get my money back?

A: Yes, if you attend your appointment or treatment on time. A deposit for an initial consultation will be refunded back to you in full or taken off the cost of the treatment. The deposit for a treatment will be taken off the cost of the treatment.

Q: I don't have PayPal account, how can I pay?

A: You don't need to have PayPal account or an app to pay the deposit. You can pay by any bank card but American Express. Click on the PAY HERE button and when you are on the PayPal page, click on Check Out button.
